Data Deletion Request

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other applicable data protection laws, you have the right to request the deletion of your personal data held by Studio Intangible (trading as IN.TANGIBLE).
What Data We May Hold
Depending on your interaction with us, we may hold the following personal data:
- Name, email address, phone number, and company name (from contact forms or correspondence).
- Technical data such as IP address and browsing activity (from website cookies and the Meta Pixel).
- Hashed identifiers shared with Meta Platforms via the Conversions API for advertising measurement.
- Project-related data if you are or were a client.
How to Request Deletion

- Your full name and email address associated with your data.
- A description of the data you would like deleted, or confirmation that you would like all data removed.
- Any additional information that may help us identify your records (e.g. company name, date of correspondence).
What Happens Next
- We will acknowledge your request within 3 business days.
- We will verify your identity before processing the request.
- Your data will be deleted within 30 days of verification, unless we are legally required to retain it.
- We will confirm deletion by email once complete.
Facebook / Meta Data
If you logged into our services using Facebook or interacted with our Meta advertising, we will delete any data we hold that was collected through these integrations. To delete data held directly by Meta, please visit your Facebook Settings and use the "Download Your Information" or "Delete Your Account and Information" tools.
Exceptions
In certain cases, we may be unable to delete your data in full. This includes situations where:
- We are required to retain records for legal, tax, or accounting obligations.
- The data is necessary for the establishment, exercise, or defence of legal claims.
- The data has been fully anonymised and can no longer be linked to you.
If any exception applies, we will inform you and explain the reason.
